ASTA ENERGY SOLUTIONS AG
ASTA Energy Solutions listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, one of the listings our team successfully executed. The offering raised approximately €166 million at an implied company valuation of €420 million, with cornerstone commitments of €55 million from investors including Siemens Energy. The share price rose 35.6 percent on its opening day, supported by the company's position in energy infrastructure and the growing demand for data center power.
BW Technologies
BW Technologies builds large-scale AI models for enterprise use, with particular strength in finance, law and healthcare. The company has 9 employees and is growing rapidly in the European market. The shares are unlisted and are sold only in limited lots via Nordivo.
SkyMatrix
**IPO planned for mid-Q2 2027** SkyMatrix develops autonomous drone systems for logistics, infrastructure inspection and defence. The company has signed framework agreements with several Nordic authorities and is currently one of the hottest unlisted tech companies in England. As an unlisted share, SkyMatrix is only available for purchase via Nordivo’s platform — it is not traded on a public marketplace. The investment is long-term and cannot be sold until the company completes an IPO or is acquired.
