Information about fraud.

Fraud is becoming increasingly common in society. Nordivo's customers are also at risk of being targeted by fraud and fraud attempts.

**Protect yourself against fraud.**

There are several things you can keep in mind to avoid becoming a victim:

**Never give out your BankID or password.** Never identify yourself with BankID or hand over your password at someone else's request. Nordivo, or any other bank or authority, will never contact you to ask for this information or ask you to log in.

**Don't download programs at someone else's request.** Fraudsters may contact you and claim they have "detected suspicious activity" on your account or that they can help you resolve a "technical problem." They ask you to click a link and download a program to fix the situation. The program that gets downloaded gives the fraudsters remote access to your computer, meaning they can see everything happening on your screen and control your computer. This gives them free rein to, for example, log in to your banking services using your BankID and empty your accounts.

**Be suspicious of unexpected calls.** If someone contacts you by phone and you become unsure whether the caller really is who they claim to be – hang up immediately. It could be a fraudster. This applies even if the person contacting you claims to be calling from Nordivo.

**Be careful with links and email.** Never give out personal information or click links in emails/texts unless you're sure who the sender is. Remember that fraudsters can often make the sender appear to be your bank. Note! Contact attempts can also occur via fake texts, emails, or social media.

**Avoid quick investments claiming high returns.** There are scams where you're tricked into investing in securities that have no actual value, so-called investment fraud. These scams often begin with an ad or a phone call from fraudsters offering you a quick investment with high returns. Always be critical of this type of information – if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. The Financial Supervisory Authority has also published a warning list you can consult.

**Watch out for romance scams.** A romance scam is when a fraudster builds a relationship with someone remotely, for example via social media or dating apps, and then asks for money. The fraudster may invent a credible story, such as needing money for an emergency operation, to pay off a debt, or to travel to meet the person they're targeting. The fraudster can be highly skilled at manipulating their victim and creating the impression of a genuine interest in starting a romantic relationship.

Personal data

When you become a customer of Nordivo

In order for you to become a customer of ours, we need to process the necessary personal data. The personal data is provided directly by you and is obtained from a public register in the country where you reside.

**Why do we collect personal data?** So that you can become a customer and make use of our services.

**What personal data do we process?** If you are a private customer: contact details, personal identity number, citizenship, tax residency, and email address. If you are a minor, we also need to collect the name and personal identity number of your guardian.

If you are a business customer: organization number, company name, address, email address, and mobile number.

**On what legal basis are we entitled to process your data?** Through an agreement with you as a customer.

**How long do we retain your personal data?** If you become a customer, we retain your personal data for 10 years after we end the customer relationship. If you do not complete the registration to become a customer, we retain your data for 3 months.

**Who do we share your personal data with?** Companies that collaborate with, or work on behalf of, Vestivo will also have access to your personal data. When we need access to services and functionality that we cannot offer ourselves, we make use of other companies, and therefore suppliers to Nordivo are used to fulfil the purpose of the processing.

**To combat money laundering and terrorist financing**

When you become a customer of ours, we need to process personal data in order to comply with the law and combat money laundering and terrorist financing. The personal data is provided directly by you and is obtained from public registers.

**Why do we collect personal data?** In order for you to become a customer, we need to carry out an initial risk assessment to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.

**What personal data do we process?** If you are a private customer: name, personal identity number, occupation, monthly income before tax, source of income, other account holders, questions regarding politically exposed person (PEP) status, and the purpose for which you will use Vestivo's services.

If you are a beneficial owner: name, personal identity number, address, and TIN.

**On what legal basis are we entitled to process your data?** Because Nordivo must comply with applicable legislation, other statutes, or decisions by authorities.

**How long do we retain your personal data?** When you become a customer, we retain your personal data for 5 years after the end of the customer relationship.

**Who do we share your personal data with?** Companies that collaborate with, or work on behalf of, Nordivo will also have access to your personal data.

Nordivo accepts no responsibility for suppliers’ material, products or services presented via the web service or the applications. Nordivo also has no liability for statements or representations originating from suppliers, for defects in their products or for delays on their part.

Neither Nordivo nor the content providers are responsible for how the user uses the information provided. Access to and use of the service takes place entirely at the user’s own risk. Trading in securities involves significant opportunities as well as substantial risks. Nordivo disclaims all liability for any results that may arise when the user uses the presented information in their own trading. Anyone who follows recommendations provided via the web service or the applications bears the full risk for their own actions or omissions. Nordivo is also not otherwise liable for how the information is used or interpreted.

**Users**

The user is entitled to use the web service, the applications and their content for personal use in accordance with the terms specified by Nordivo. Publication or further distribution of the content is not permitted without a specific agreement with Nordivo. It is also not permitted to retrieve, process or extract material by automated means or otherwise beyond what is expressly allowed by Nordivo. Special agreements may apply for Nordivo customers.

The user may not use the content in connection with the issuance, trading, marketing or promotion of investment products (for example derivatives, structured products, investment funds or securities portfolios where the price, return or outcome is based on or related to the content) without written approval from Nordivo, the relevant content provider or other rights holder.

The content on Nordivo’s web service and in the applications belongs to Nordivo or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property law.

**Force Majeure**

Nordivo is released from liability for damages arising due to circumstances beyond Nordivo’s control, such as explosion, fire, flooding or other accident, sabotage, war, strike or other labour dispute, changes in laws and regulations or actions by public authorities. The reservation regarding labour disputes also applies if Nordivo itself takes or is subject to such measures. Force majeure also includes circumstances that make the provision of the service substantially more costly or burdensome compared with the original conditions. Nordivo is also not obliged to compensate for damage in other cases if Nordivo has exercised normal care.

**Content Providers**

It is the responsibility of Nordivo’s suppliers to comply with applicable legislation vis-à-vis the users. The suppliers produce, maintain and are responsible for the material, products and services they provide via Nordivo’s web service and applications.
